- What is Mission Control and what will I need to use it for?
Mission Control is the unique online control panel which WebCentral supplies to all customers free of charge as part of their account with us. Customers are required to use Mission Control to manage their web site, email services and contact details with us.
Mission Control can be 'branded' with your company logo (if you wish to position your web hosting services as your own and if your customers will be taking care of these aspects of their services themselves). Alternatively, many of our Partners use their customers' Mission Control panels to perform tasks on their customers' behalf and, in turn, charge their customers for these 'value-added services' they provide (for example, creating new mailboxes, uploading their web site etc).
- Do I need to meet any requirements to ensure my continued eligibility in the Partner Program?
Yes, your continued eligibility in the WebCentral Partner Program is dependent upon your evidence of consistent reselling of WebCentral products and services. Please view Clause 10 of our Partner Program Terms and Conditions for more details regarding this.
